Help desk week 1 2020

In the first week of help desk for the new school year there has been a lot of people coming down for help with their device. Mostly people that can't get on to the WIFI or can't remember their passwords. Also we have started looking at drones. First we flew the little parrot drones in the upper library then we flew the bigger DJI drone outside. Today we live streamed footage from the DJI drone directly to YouTube successfully for the first time.
